We have updated the Betta Photo Store site with a new refreshed design and the ability to track your orders online.

 

Once you have signed in using your existing sign in details, you can access your albums including all your uploaded photos or choose one of the many products available on the site. The navigation buttons have been updated, and below is a guide for each feature.

	My Photos - All your uploaded albums with your precious photos are stored here. You can create new albums, upload and edit your photos from this screen ready to use in any of your projects.

	Photo Gifts - Give a personalised gift to your loved ones that can be treasured. We have a wide range of gifts available including mugs, t-shirts, bags, key rings, notebooks, snow globes and so much more!

	Digital Prints - Order your prints on quality Fujifilm Crystal Archive paper. A range of sizes are available from 6”x4” up to 12”x16” and you can choose either a Matte or Gloss finish.

	Photo Books - Organise all your photos into one location. Ideas include photos from a family holiday, your babies first year, a wedding, birthday or any other special memories and occasions. Choose from either soft or hard cover books with personalised or standard covers.

	Canvas Prints - Use your favourite photos to create a work of art for your home or office. Printed on high quality artist stock, visitors will be amazed that you created the masterpiece yourself!

	Calendars - Create a personalised calendar where you can add images, text and embellishments to each individual date. Never forget those special occasions and birthdays.

Once you click on one of the above categories, a new screen will be displayed which showcases some of the many products available to be ordered on the site. Click the Create Now button to proceed to the updated product selection carousel.

You can now easily scroll through and view the products available using the updated product selection carousel. The products and options available remain unchanged and you can still create your favourite items on the site.

The functionality of the site remains unchanged so it is still as easy as ever to place your order online with Betta Photo Store. Just click on your preferred product, add your images and let your creativity shine through.

Order Tracking
You can now track the progress of your orders placed online through Betta Photo Store
To check the status of your order simply log into your Betta Photo Store account and click on the ‘My orders’ tab from the main menu.

The my orders tab will show any current and past orders placed with Betta Photo Store within the last 12 months and you can even print out your tax invoice. There are three status updates that will be shown

In Progress – Your order has been received and we are processing this through to the printing lab

In Production – Our printing lab has received your order and is currently being created

Shipped – Your order has been packaged and posted from the fulfilment lab. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive in the post.

Note: As your order may be processed at multiple fulfilment labs, it may arrive as a separate delivery.
